Autumn Equinox 15K & 5K

The Autumn Equinox has been the traditional first race of the fall season where runners can all measure the effects of their summer training and size up the competition for the races ahead. It is one of the oldest races in Texas. The name of the race organites from the Autumnal Equinox, which is the day the sun is directly over the equator heading south, and marks the first day of the fall season.

Both race courses along scenic White Rock Lake are asphalt, flat, fast, with mile marks every mile, and certified to be accurate by the USATF Road Running Technical Committee.
